It's simple really. Tables of eight people are sold at a set amount, $100, $500, $1000 you set the price. The number of tables is only limited to the size of the venue. People bring their favorite snacks and beverages, maybe they dress up in a theme or decorate their table. Along with the trivia game other things like silent auctions and 50/50 drawings occur increasing the amount you are able to raise.
