Nearly perfect

I like the app and it works well.
I miss, that there is an information how long a house-/pet-owner usually needs to answer.
Also it would be nice if the photos would be categorized in owners, pets and houses.

Some rules should be revised!

Since I adopted my cats I almost don't travel because I depend on other people to take care of them.
I found this site and was very excited to use it and get back to traveling which is one of my biggest passions.
First time using the site, read all the reviews, chat with some and selected the person, went traveling happily for 2 weeks.
As soon as I came back I wrote my feedback, that everything was ok until then. A month later I find out that the person brought visitors without permission, used my apartment to do photoshoot and also used my clothes.
I immediately talked to the person who admitted her mistake. I sent a report to the site with all the evidence of what happened asking for the right to rewrite the review, since this is the most important resource we have and the website advice us to read it carefully.
And to my surprise the site replied that there is a rule that they can't edit or delete a review as it needs to be genuine. What?
I proved that the person went through my closet and used my clothes - I have all pictures she posted on Instagram, I also have the proof admitting the mistake.
How can this not be genuine?
First time using the service and now I am afraid, as I don't know if I can really trust the integrity of all the users. Sad!
