• Open a TSB current account
• Register for Digital Banking
• Log in securely with your fingerprint or face ID
• Identify a payment by the retailer logo next to the transaction
What you need to use this app
• You’ll need to be a personal TSB customer and have a device running iOS 11 or above. You'll need to be a UK resident to apply for new products.
• To use Touch ID requires at least an iPhone 5S
• To use Face ID you need the iPhone X or later

Lacking functionality
I installed the app specifically because the website said I could close an account by doing so from within the help menu. However the app's help menu is inaccessible as "under testing". 🤷

Poor
The new version of the app runs slowly. Making CC payments is unclear and slow to update. No in app ‘help’ system

Hello and thank you for taking the time to reach out. We are really sorry you are having issues. When making a payment to your credit card via the app select "pay credit card" pop the amount in you wish to pay and this will then take up to 2 hours to show on your credit card transactions but will show on your current account statement straight away if paying via a TSB account.
