Description
In the UL app, you can search for your trip quickly and easily and buy tickets for our buses and trains.
Search travel:
• Quickly search for your trip from your current position or by choosing where and when you want to travel.
• The search results show various travel options and possible walking distances to the stops as well as a map that makes it easier to find the right one.
• Save your most frequent trips as favorites. Use the heart in the search results to favorite a trip.
• Keep an eye on the bus and see where it is directly on the map.
Buy ticket:
• Buy a 75-minutes, 24- or 72-hour ticket in just a few seconds.
• Pay easily with Swish, credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or travel funds.
• If a ticket reader is on board, tap the phone with the ticket towards it, otherwise you will show the ticket to the bus driver or train host.
Traffic disruptions:
• Any traffic disruptions or delays are displayed along with your search result.
You need an internet connection to be able to buy tickets and apply for travel. The app also needs to have access to the mobile's location function to be able to suggest travel options from your current location.

Disappointing Experience with UL App
I recently tried the UL app with the intention of purchasing tickets, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. One significant issue was the app’s inability to display accurate pricing, especially for special rates like holiday discounts for children. This lack of transparency in pricing is a major drawback. Additionally, the app’s payment options are quite limited. The absence of Apple Pay as a payment method is a considerable inconvenience. This limitation forced me to try adding a credit card manually, which, to my dismay, also turned into a frustrating endeavor as the app repeatedly failed to process the card details. An option to sign in with Apple is a common feature in many apps today, and its absence in the UL app feels like a missed opportunity to streamline the user experience. In conclusion, while the concept of the UL app is promising, its execution leaves much to be desired. The app’s failure to provide accurate pricing, limited payment options, and lack of user-friendly features such as integration with Apple services significantly hinders its usability. I hope these issues are addressed promptly to improve the overall user experience.

Especially the live map with all bus positions and driving directions is amazing! Best example for IoT!
No hangs and problems on iphone 11, sserver availability problems sometimes.
