They always promise you something which never happens. Always someone else is taking care about your problem with new promises. At the beginning I really liked it because it convenient but they have such a poor customer service and not taken care at all. Really disappointed.

In a span of 3 days I received a cancellation twice minutes before my appointment. I was assured this is a very rare situation the first time it happened, but clearly that’s not the case. Absolutely no regard for customer experience.

While they won’t hesitate in taking your money the minute you make the booking, or charge you cancellation fees if you happen to cancel, but they will certainly hesitate to provide you any kind of compensation if the cancellation took place from their end!

A few apologies, a suggestion for some other time slot that may not fit your schedule. The point of doing a pre booking is because you see what best suits your schedule before hand. If the cancellation is from their end, they should have a back up plan and try their best to see the customer gets their service as per the booking. You start receiving reminders about the booking from the previous day already, the agent will msg,call and ask YOU to confirm the appointment multiple times, only to cancel it a few minutes before.
When asked for some compensation, was promised 50UC points which never showed up.( if we pay for cancellation, why can’t we get a compensation when it is cancelled from their end???)

Really horrible experience!

Today I had my first booking with urban company. I heard a lot about services provided by them. So by word of mouth I decided to take facial service from them. The professional was in hurry. The bowl and brush used in my facial were not cleaned properly. The so called hyped hygiene was not upto mark. The time facial given on urban company description was 60 minutes. Mine was approx 50 minutes. When I asked the professional about less time rendered in facial service she told me it could be more or less. In my case it was less. As per professional it does not matter because she was in hurry as if she has a train to catch. So according to me it was not value for money because I was not delivered what is being promised.
