VB METHOD is a core focused practice that combines pilates sculpting precision and traditional strength techniques.

The workouts are a translation of the reformer on the mat + traditional strength movements. We focus on muscle activation and stabilization in order to strengthen and tone every muscle in your body.

All routines vary from full body to targeted body parts with an emphasis on core. Our flows include the use of equipment such as weights, bands, pilates ball along with your own body weight to help you strengthen and sculpt; leaving you feeling energized and balanced.

Die effizienteste Methode!

Absolut empfehlenswert !!!

Falls man optimale Resultate möglichst schnell erreichen will, ist die Methode von Vilmaliz Bosque nur zu empfehlen. Die ersten positiven Veränderungen habe ich schon nach 2 Wochen mit dieser Methode bemerkt: der Körper ändert sich und das fällt in der Tat auf den ersten Blick auf.

Super bequem ist es auch, dass die angebotenen Trainingseinheiten nach erschienenen Kategorien sortiert sind : man spart enorm viel Zeit, da man sofort findet, was man braucht. Außerdem kann die optimale Dauer von jeglicher Trainingseinheit je nach dem Bedarf ausgewählt werden (widmet man entweder 10 oder 40 Min Zeit seinem Training am Tage, obliegt das nur seiner Entscheidung, VB bietet mannigfaltige Möglichkeiten an.

Super effective, so much fun!

I love it! VB‘s Method works really good for me! It changes my body and also changed my attitude towards training, and towards myself. The combination of pilates, resistence training and cardio is super effectiv. My favorites are the live classes, that work the hole body. They are challenging, but never overwhelming. I do these workout in the morning, before I go to work. Often it gives me energy and balance for the hole day! It‘s super easy to stay motivated, and follow the program, because of the variety. Weekly new workouts are uploaded, which makes it somehow exciting . About Results: Before I started with VB Method, I trained in the gym, but lifting heavy never felt good to me. Often I just felt overwhelmed and I didn’t build muscle very well. Right now, I see progress week to week. I can see my abs, my shoulders + arms became much stronger. And about booty and legs: They totally changed their silhouette! 😉 That’s a good feeling, and it didn’t feel hard to get there. I can warmly recommend this program! ❤️❤️❤️
