Description
Download the “vel’OH! officiel” app and access nearly 1,000 shared bikes and 97 docking stations. Use our bike-sharing system to explore like never before!
Bike-sharing has never been so easy
Open the app and activate your location services to find the closest docking station with available bikes.
When you arrive close to the station, press “Unlock a vel’OH!” and choose your vel’OH! from the list of available bikes there.
At the end of your ride, a notification will be sent to your mobile confirming the safe return of the bike to a docking station and you will be able to share your experience with a community of active users.
Flexible options: annual, daily or three-day rentals
The “vel’OH! officiel” app can be tailored to your needs: just select the option that is best suited to your lifestyle. The first thirty minutes of every ride are free. Bank card payments are secure.
Access the service as a group
You can borrow up to five bikes at the same time with the “vel’OH! officiel” app. Spread the word! Whether you have an annual pass or not, you can purchase up to five additional short-term passes in just one click.
Collect points
Use the app to actively contribute to the good operation and improvement of the service by giving feedback on your bike at the end of each ride, or by flagging a defect to the technical service.

Works
App works and bikes can be rented. So nice that all bikes are e-bikes!
But a lot of bikes do not work or cannot be removed from the station, this should be improved by the company.
Ein Tag in Luxemburg
Das Abosystem ist schlecht nachvollziehbar. Wir haben an einem Tag zwei Tagestickets zu 4€ erworben in der Annahme, dann zwei Räder ausleihen zu können. Mit einem Account kann man aber offenbar nur ein Rad mieten. Wir haben dann direkt über die Bezahlstation ein zweites Rad angemietet. Mit beiden Rädern waren wir an einem Tag ca. 100 min unterwegs. Obwohl eines davon direkt bezahlt war und das andere über eines der beiden Tagestickets abgerechnet wurde, wurde uns eine Woche später noch einmal ein Euro abgebucht. Das zweite Tagesticket besitzen wir immer noch, ohne es je abgelten zu können. Eine Rückbuchung von nicht genutzten Tickets scheint nicht möglich.
Die Fahrräder selbst sind von überschaubarer Qualität und oft beschädigt.
Die App scheint sehr rechenintensiv, mein Akku wurde sehr heiß, obwohl es die einzige geöffnete App war.
Ein paar Tage zuvor habe ich auf einer anderen Radtour gleichzeitig mit zwei Apps navigiert ohne dass der Akku sich erhitzt hat.
Alles in allem hat das Paket nicht besonders überzeugt.
Katastrophe
Absolute Katastrophe! Fahrräder sind defekt (bremsen kaputt, e-Antrieb funktioniert nicht, Sattel nicht verstellbar …) und bremsen wenn der Akku leer ist. Haben es 3 mal probiert und waren nicht in der Lage funktionierende Fahrräder zu leihen. Nie wieder!!
