Schlechte Empfehlung bei anzusetzendem Verkaufspreis / Prüfung dauert zu lange
Artikel werden bei Annahmeprüfung herunter gewertet (man fragt sich wer sind da die Spezialisten die keine Ahnung haben von dem Wert eines Teiles). Beispiel : ein Kleid ( bereits getragen ) zu bereits für 320 Euro bei V verkauft wurde in meiner Bewertung auf 180 heruntergestuft (obwohl neu und ungetragen).
Verkauft war es schnell (klar bei dem Preis), verschickt habe ich es direkt nach dem Verkauf, aber über eine Woche später bekomme ich immer noch die Nachricht, dass ich das Kleid versenden soll.
Armer Käufer! Er wartet immer noch auf das Kleid, weil es anscheinend weder bei V angekommen ist, noch die Prüfung durchlaufen hat um endlich an den Käufer geschickt zu werden! Ist das eine Taktik? Um die Auszahlung des Verkaufserlös zu verzögern?
Das dauert alles zu lang! Bin nicht wirklich zufrieden mit dem Ablauf!
Kaufverhandlung zäh und langwierig
Käufer und Verkäufer haben immer wieder 24 Stunden Zeit, sich letztlich für den Abschluss zu entscheiden. Somit hängen potentielle Käufer immer wieder in der Warteschlange und der Verkäufer darf erst wieder auf neue Angebote reagieren , wenn die "Überlegungszeit" des vorherigen Bieters abgelaufen ist. Super nervig für Verkäufer. Warum kommt es nicht gleich zum Abschluss, wenn Preis akzeptiert wurde?? Einzige Secondhand-App, die so verfährt.
Bug! Probleme mit dem einloggen
Seit ein paar tagen passiert es immer wieder, dass die App mich einfach ausloggt und wenn ich dann versuche, mich wieder anzumelden, erkennt die App meine emailadresse nicht und sagt mir, es gäbe dazu keinen Account, obwohl die adresse sicher stimmt. Da muss dringend ein Update her!
Außerdem hätte ich ein paar Wünsche an den Aufbau der App: Ich fände es gut, wenn man bestimmte Designer oder bestimmte Suchen abonnieren könnte und nicht nur Benachrichtigungen dafür aktivieren. Und ich weiß nicht ob das auch ein Bug ist, weil ich dachte mich daran erinnern zu können, dass das vor kurzem noch funktioniert hat: Dass man innnerhalb seiner Favoriten oder der Wunschliste filter anwenden kann. Vor allem aber wäre es mir wichtig, dass man innerhalb der Favoriten oder Wunschliste auch nach marken oder begriffen suchen kann.

Du hast recht, dass das Filtern und Sortieren leider nicht mehr in der Favoritenliste möglich ist (lediglich bei den "Likes"). Dein Punkt nach der Suche der Designer wurde ebenso weitergeleitet.
