What’s New
Version 4.0.0
In this release we are introducing improvements to the delete account feature. With these changes it is now possible for the drivers to handle delete account requests directly via our mobile app even when you have unbillable transactions on your charging account. We have also made other minor improvements and bug fixes to enhance the user experience of Virta app.

Darauf bin ich gekommen über den V-Markt und ich würde sagen die App und die eigenen Ladestationen funktionieren ganz gut sehr gut

Unverständlich
Ich lade aktuell an einer Ladesäule. Weshalb würde ich - wenn ich mit Virta den Ladevorgang starten würde - an ein und derselben Ladesäule doppelt so viel bezahlen (0,95€/kWh plus Nebenkosten), wie ich es gerade tue (0,51€/kWh)? Das macht keinen Sinn für mich und ist Abzocke.

Hallo und vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Ihr Problem könnte darin bestehen, dass es sich um ein Roaming-Ladegerät handelt. Bei Roaming-Ladungen gehören die Ladepunkte zu einem anderen Netz und Virta hat einfach zugestimmt, ein anderes EMP-Netz zu nutzen, damit Virta-Nutzer Zugang zu mehr Ladepunkten haben, aber die Kosten sind in der Regel höher.
werde ständig ausgeloggt
an sich funktioniert das Laden mit der App gut,
die Statistiken sind nett.
Furtchbar nervig ist jedoch, dass ich in der App
permanent wieder ausgeloggt werde und die Zugangsdaten
auch nicht in der App gespeichert bleiben. Zudem
gibt es keinen Web-Zugang von dem aus man vom
PC die Daten sehen könnte.

Was den Web-Teil betrifft, so haben wir uns entschlossen, ihn abzuschaffen, um uns auf die mobile Entwicklung zu konzentrieren und dort neue Funktionen einzuführen, die die Benutzerfreundlichkeit verbessern (z. B. sind Quittungen und RFID-Bestellungen jetzt über die App möglich).
