Ich konnte meine Waage und den Blender einwandfrei verbinden und das messen der Rezepte funktioniert gut. Was mir fehlt ist eine Funktion zum freien Food Tracking.

Outstanding customer suppoert

Recently, I wrote a comment with the title „Improvement needed“. As it turned out, the one who needs improvement is myself. Unfortunately, I can‘t comment on my own review, so I decided ro apologize to MakeItPerfectly. I never touched the „blend“ button when viewing a recipe, because I thought, the app would then instantly start the blender itself. Customer support amswered very thoroughly, leaving not a single quesrion unanswered. That‘s amazing and I‘m very thankful. Now that I dare to push the „blend“-button, I can do all the things I lacked in my previous comment which turned out to be unfounded. Once again, many thanks for the help!

Let’s see if we can address some of your concerns:

Most likely reason is that if one device is still connected to the blender, then other devices can’t see it. Try turning off Bluetooth on the iPhone temporarily while you try to connect the iPad. Later, after the initial connection, the most recent device should be able to pull the blender from the previously connected device.

[[ The recipes are fine and delicious but you don‘t get info about the amount of servings ]]
The top level of the recipe does not currently display the default number of servings (good suggestion!). But if you click Blend, you will see the number of servings displayed, and can modify serving size or number of servings, depending on how large your container is.

Not sure what you’re referring to here. Many recipes have Prep sections that give instructions, some refer to other recipes. If you click into Blend, you’ll get the detailed step-by-step instructions.

When looking at the Recipe Details screen, just click on the Edit icon (Pencil), to create a copy of the recipe that you can modify however you like.

If you go to More>New Recipe, you can enter a new recipe starting one of several templates.

If you go to Profile>Settings, you can change the displayed units from Metric to US. Also, while doing a Blend, it will display both weight and volume units.

The app definitely has a point-of-view that weighing ingredients is better than measuring by volume: neater, more accurate, and more repeatable. The smart scale makes it really easy to make a recipe with immediate feedback on how much you’ve poured, but you can also follow the recipes using a standard digital scale, or even with volume-based tools if you like.
