Geräteübergreifend überragend
Schnell, Chromekompatibel, sehr detailliert konfigurierbar. Darstellung auf Mobilgeräten ist klasse. z. B. Bookmarks, darkmode erzwingen, Zoom usw. Intuitive Bedienung. Übergreifende Verwaltung vieler Bookmark, Leselisten, Notizen sehr übersichtlich. Läuft auch ohne Adminrechte auf dem PC. Ich könnte ewig weiterschreiben. Nach viele Jahren Firefox, Experimenten mit Edge bin ich jetzt angekommen. Viel schneller und kompatibler als Firefox, sorry Fuchs, das war irgendwann nur noch nervig.
Aus der Stille des Nordens
Vor kurzer Zeit erst habe ich Vivaldi entdeckt. Er kam leise zu mir und überraschte mich mit vielen wunderbaren Features. Alle habe ich bis jetzt sicher nicht entdeckt, doch was ich nutze, ist mir fünf Sterne wert. Endlich habe ich die Synchronisation von iOS/iPadOS und Windows gefunden, nach der ich lange gesucht habe.
Was mir auch sehr gefällt: es ist ein Browser aus dem schönen Norden Europas, mit einer netten Community.
Was ich mir für die Zukunft vorstellen kann, ist, dass auch eMail, Adressbuch und Kalender bei iOS mit dabei sein werden. Da ist aber ganz sicher das Fragezeichen, ob Apple das auch will. Ein weiterer Wunsch ist die Reader-Darstellung, sie fehlt mir im Vivaldi.
Ganz sicher ist: euren Browser empfehle ich gerne. Danke für euch.

Noch besser geworden
Vivaldi auf dem iPhone, seit Beta viel getestet und genutzt. Da seit Jahren mein Hauptbrowser auf dem PC, hatte ich mich sehr gefreut. Vivaldi auf iPhone war ein Desiderat, und ich hatte ihn nun eine lange Zeit hauptsächlich auf iPhone genutzt. – Nun werde ich mich aber wieder davon verabschieden, in Safari lässt sich Werbung deutlich besser ausfiltern, auch durch die zusätzlichen Apps. Und das hat bei mir Priorität, weil ich mein Gehirn nicht durch externes Bombardement verseuchen lasse. – Selbstverständlich habe ich Vivaldi weiterhin installiert und gelegentliche Nutzung ist ihm sicher. Vielleicht wird künftig nachgebessert und er wird doch noch mein Hauptbrowser auch auf iPhone. Würde mich freuen. – Super ist die flexible URL-Leiste nun auch unten, das ist einfach näher beim Tippen. Tabs sind auch klasse! Aber wenn ich dafür nicht mehr einfach "zurück" gehen kann: No-go!
