Description
The VMAX app serves as a dashboard and operating help for your VX4, R40 and R55 e-scooter models and includes the following functions:
E-scooter operation
Precise range prediction in percent
Based on the real-time data of the e-scooter, the learned user behavior and the environmental parameters, our application can predict the remaining range with high precision, which is also used for route calculation.
Navigation
The application provides turn-by-turn voice guidance to navigate you safely through the e-scooter-specific route that the app calculates. Air quality and wind forecasts for your planned journey are also included.
Draw & plan
It has never been so easy to create a route in free form. Simply draw your desired route on the map and let the app create a perfect route for you.
Dashboard
By establishing a real-time e-scooter connection, our application can read and display all important parameters.
Rides
With our application, you can import existing routes from various sources and also record your own rides to analyze and share them. With intelligent automatic trip recording, you won't miss a single trip. However, if you prefer to control the recording manually, you can easily do so with manual recording.

App lässt sich nicht mit Scooter verbinden
Habe den vx2 pro, aber leider funktioniert die Verbindung nicht. Das wäre nicht das Problem, wenn es geeignete FAQ gäbe oder eine Seite, die außer ein paar englischen Funkrionsbeschreibungen auch mal echte Hilfe bieten würde. Vielleicht ist mein Scooter 4 Wochen nach dem Kauf auch nicht mehr kompatibel, obwohl er ein farbdisplay hat (das gilt als Kriterium). Aber ohne Hilfe Page ist es halt nicht herauszufinden, weder in der App noch auf der Homepage. Daher leider nur ein Stern für die neue App, obwohl der Scooter 5 Sterne bekommt
Update: der Entwickler hat sich gemeldet und mitgeteilt, dass der VX2 Pro nicht kompatibel ist. 4 Sterne deswegen weil der Service wirklich gut ist, aber ich keine Chance hatte, das irgendwie selbst nachzulesen

We would like to let you know that the VX2 models are still supported by the old VMAX Connect app. This application can be used for VX4, R40 and R55 series. Please have a try with the VMAX Connect app and let us know if you still have issues.

Finde die App in Verbindung mit der Navigation über das Display wirklich top! Bisher lief alles zuverlässig. :)
Was ich mir noch wünschen würde:
- optionale Satellitenansicht des Kartenmaterials
- Speichern von Standorten bzw. Zieladressen
- Aktivierung einer Wegfahrsperre
- Allgemeine Einstellungs- und Updatemöglichkeiten des Scooters über die App.
Fehler 30
Leider geht der VX4 wenn er mit dieser App verbunden ist nach kurzer Fahrt in einen Kommunikationsfehler 30 und das Display erlischt. Der Support scheint bemüht aber es passiert nichts!
Update, dem Support scheint das völlig egal zu sein!
