Vodar is a coach-first mental coaching app specifically designed for tennis coaches working with juniors We provide a practical, plug-and-play methodology that coaches can seamlessly integrate into their training routines, enabling them to teach mental skills with ease. In each module, you will discover 4 on-court drills and 1 off-court drill. We aim to add new modules regularly and new tennis lessons to the existing modules as well. The rest of the modules unlock one after another and each month a new module Vodar modules in Ver. 1.0: - Demo module (free access) It combines 4 on-court and 1 off-court drill from different modules so you can see for yourself how easily you can blend them into your coaching routine with the juniors. The other modules are: - Locus of control - Resilence - Focus - Emotional control - Arousal control - Visionary goal-setting ON-COURT DRILLS The on-court mental coaching lessons combine physical and mental training so you can teach players vital mental skills while having regular tennis-specific physical practice. OFF-COURT DRILLS These drills are great for off-court discussion, self-reflective exercises, or practicing visualizations. In addition to some off-court drills, you receive printable materials that you can add to your players’ files. 3D VISUALIZATIONS All the on-court mental coaching tennis lessons are visualized with 3D animations that show the tennis court, players' positioning for the respective drill, and the drill itself in 360 degrees. In addition, you have info cards with instructions, audio cues, and step-by-step guidance on how to get the most out of each drill. COMMUNITY Vodar aims to build a community of pioneering tennis coaches who are open to exchanging ideas and experiences.
