What’s New in Version 3.1.11 We’ve continued to improve VVO Mobil: ticket purchasing has been enhanced, fewer required fields are needed for registration, and the login status in the ticket shop is now easier to see. We’ve also made technical optimizations and performance improvements.

Bug fixes & performance improvements: We’ve resolved several issues and improved overall stability. New: Biometric login for the ticket shop: You can now sign in using Face ID / Touch ID.

In this app version, in addition to the existing registration option with mobile phone number and PIN (existing customers), a new registration and login option with e-mail address and password has been introduced. Furthermore, a redirect to Abo-Online enables you to apply for all subscription products in the VVO tariff as a digital ticket in addition to the Deutschlandticket. If you already have a chip card subscription, you can now switch your current subscription to your smartphone via “Manage subscriptions”. Product changes, e.g. from a monthly season ticket to a Deutschlandticket, are now also conveniently possible via the app. The app also features minor improvements to the front end. From now on, a differentiation of the passenger type (normal/reduced) will be visible in the favorites you have stored. For a better overview, you will now also find a separate display of your season ticket and your tickets from the free sale (single trips, day tickets, etc.) in the ticket store under your tickets. Last but not least, errors in pop-ups, information modals and snack bars have been fixed and clarified for you.

We are pleased to announce a new version of VVO mobil. Many minor bugs have been fixed in this version. Attention: unfortunately the function ‘Forgotten pin’ still only works if the e-mail address is entered with the same spelling as during registration (upper and lower case). Unfortunately, we have no influence on this and ask for your patience and understanding.

Some bugs have been fixed in this version - among other things, journeys can be entered in the calendar again. For the time being, 4-trip tickets can only be purchased by direct debit, credit card or PrePaid. All other tickets can also be purchased with PayPal. Thank you for your understanding.
