Good app and great service
Had some problems with meeting the driver due to a big event in the city where all the streets were blocked. Even though the driver didn’t speak English, we were able to manage everything with the webtaxi central hotline. They were really kind and patient. Very well handled.
One thing I don’t like is just the arch-like representation of the planned trip. Could be optimized
Saves you money vs taxi - for app problems call their hotline
I generally like it to save cost - but the recent cutover from the old to the new app version caused troubles
De-install the old app and register again
Also the phone line is great !

Please add Apple Pay for Payment as Mastercard ID Check can be clumsy depending on payment provider
