Finger weg!
Nach Installation und Anmeldung bei der WU + App kann das alte WU Konto mich mehr verwendet werden und alle Kontakte sind weg. Ich kann jetzt kein Geld mehr senden- hätte ich doch die App nicht installiert! Nichts funktioniert hier, und es scheint niemanden zu stören! Bye Bye WU!
Eine Schrott App zu veröffentlichen ist ja eine Sache, aber dann nichts daran zu ändern und die andere App zu zerstören, das ist einfach nur dumm!
Ok Western Union
Ich habe einen Fehler mit der Handynummer gemacht, an die ich das Geld geschickt habe, und es am Ende an die falsche Person geschickt. Western Union Digital Banking hat die Bestellung rechtzeitig storniert und das Geld vollständig zurückerstattet. Youssef-Joey, der Kundendienstmitarbeiter, hat mich per E-Mail kontaktiert, und ich bin ihm sehr dankbar für seinen Service. Die erste Person, mit der ich sprach, war nicht so ermutigend und hilfreich. Ich hoffe also, dass es mehr Youssef-Joeys bei Western Union Digital Banking gibt.
Komfortable App
Jede Transaktion war die ganze Zeit erfolgreich, nur wenn sich die Transaktion verzögerte, war dies auf Bankserverprobleme oder Fehlinformationen zurückzuführen. Bankserverprobleme wurden durch lokale Transaktionen bestätigt, daher kann man sagen, dass es nicht in der Kapazität von Western Union Digital Banking war, die Transaktion zu beschleunigen die Überweisung durchgeführt haben und dies nur zwei- bis dreimal passiert ist, mehr als 100 Transaktionen mit Western Union Digital Banking durchgeführt haben, ist Ihr Geld sicher und in sicheren Transaktionsgeschwindigkeiten
