With Wheesy, NEW AG offers a modern and efficient way of sharing vehicles within the company.
Our app is specially designed to facilitate access to our vehicle fleet and optimize mobility within the company.
Here's how it works:
1. Register: Store your driver's license in the M'App and you can log in to the app the next day using Single Sign On.
2. Select and book a vehicle: Select a suitable vehicle from your location and reserve it.
3. Drive off: Pick up your vehicle and start your journey. The app is also your key to all our vehicles.
4. Don't forget your logbook: Please note that electronic entries must be made within 7 days.

Die App funktioniert nicht, wie sie soll, Verifizierung geht nicht, telefonischer Support kann nicht helfen, schickt mich ins Kundencenter, da kann man mir auch nicht helfen, sondern nur weiter geben. Per Mail Kontakt ging es bisher auch nur schleppend, und da ich arbeiten muss, hatte ich jetzt zwei Tage noch keine Zeit die Verifizierung über desktop zu machen und jetzt heißt es „Registrierung abgelehnt „. Irgendwie sieht guter Service und eine funktionierende App anders aus...
Fazit: obwohl ich jetzt drei Wochen dran arbeite, kann ich NOCH IMMER kein Fahrzeug buchen. Schafe, das es an der App scheitert, die Idee finde ich nämlich eigentlich gut.
So wird das nichts
Vielleicht hätte ein Unternehmen die App programmieren sollen und nicht der Philosophiestudent. Fällt komplett durch. In der Registrierung kann man zwar ein starkes Passwort angeben, das von Apple generierte wird aber in der App nicht übernommen. Dann die Verifizierung von Führerschein und Perso: schlägt beides fehl. Daten stimmen nicht wenden Sie sich an den Support. Sorry aber ich denke die Behörden wissen besser als ihr welche Daten stimmen. Führerscheinbild wird darüber hinaus mehrfach abgelehnt wegen der Spiegelung des Hologramms. Hat irgendwer in der Qualitätssicherung die App mal ausprobiert?! Verkauft lieber nur Strom das könnt ihr besser.

Funktioniert vorn und hinten nicht. Das Ganze scheitert schon an der Einrichtung des Profils. Sehr unprofessionell. Bei Bitte um Support über eine Mailadresse bekommst du eine standardisierte Antwort
Hab’s mit der neuen App nochmals versucht, aber spätestens bei Eingabe der Kreditkartendaten streikt die Anmeldung. Und wenn es funktionieren würde, werden nur Mastercard und Visa akzeptiert 😏
