Idee gut, Umsetzung mangelhaft
Die Bedienung der App ist wenig intuitiv und folgt einer wenig verbreiteten Logik. Wenn man mit mehreren Linien fahren könnte, zeigt es nur eine Linie an. Wäre z. B. ganz interessant, wenn eine Linie aufgrund Verkehrsbehinderungen verzögert fährt oder n. a. W. ausfällt.
Der Bezahlvorgang ist schlichtweg schlecht. ApplePay mit Doppelklick wird angezeigt. Man meint, die Tickets erworben zu haben. Effektiv passiert aber nichts. Nicht mal eine Fehlermeldung. Danach ist erst ein umständlicher Loginprozess via Website nötig, mit allen persönlichen Angaben inkl. Geburtsdatum und Adresse. Danach funktioniert der ApplePay-Vorgang.
Fazit: Nicht mehr wieder.
Alles, was man als Tourist braucht
Ich habe mir die App zu Beginn meines Aufenthaltes in Wien auf mein iPhone geladen.
Dann 7-Tage-Ticket gebucht und los ging es.
Konnte alle meine Bewegungen während meines Aufenthaltes einfach mit der App erledigen.
Keine Probleme, keine Abstürze.
Sehr gute und übersichtliche App
Man erhält nach der Anmeldung eine Info-Mail mit einem Link zu weiteren Angeboten. Für mich als Tourist: die ersten Links führen zu Bestattungsinstituten sowie zu Bestattungsplanern, recht interessant:)
