schon recht gut
schonmal eine recht gute Sache. Allerdings sind die Bilder manachmal etwas zu klein. Gut ist jedoch wiederum, dass von jeder Pflanze mehrere Bilder mit verschiedenen Ansichten vorhanden sind. Die Filterfunktionen sind soweit ganz OK. Leider sind als Regionen des Vorkommens nur Kontintente oder Teile von Kontinenten als Filter einzugeben. Schön wären Kategorien, wie: Wegesrand, Waldlichtung usw.
Sonst aber schon eine recht schöne Sache.
Hinweis zur App
Die Freie Version von Wilde Beeren & Kräuter beinhaltet 15 Arten, 150 Fotos und 10 Quizfragen. Um einen ersten Eindruck über die Funktionsweise zu bekommen, ohne dafür gleich bezahlen zu müssen, ist die Auswahl ausreichend. Wer weiterführend sich für Wilde Beeren & Kräuter interessiert und den vollen Inhalt der App verfügbar haben möchte, sollte sich die PRO Version oder die PRO HD Version für das iPad anschauen. Eine sehr faire Produktpolitik.
Kritiken: NATURE MOBILE ist für konstruktive Kritiken immer offen. Sie helfen dabei die App stetig zu verbessern und Kundenwünsche in die Updateplanung mit einzubeziehen. Desweiteren nützen Sie interessierten Käufern, um eine weitere Meinung über das Produkt einholen zu können. Banale Kritiken haben keinen Wert, weder für den Entwickler, noch für den Interessierten.
Beschwerden: Diese sollten vorzugsweise zuerst an den Support gerichtet werden. Er kann auf die Beschwerden eingehen und eine Lösung finden, bzw. die Kritik direkt an die Produktqualitätsabteilung weiterleiten, um eine Verbesserung zu bewirken.
Einfach nur den Frust ablassen, der ja auch berechtigt sein kann, bringt für zukünftige Produktentwicklungen und Appverbesserungen keinen Mehrwert.
Glücklicherweise funktioniert im Großen und Ganzen das Kunden-Entwickler-Verhältnis, und dafür ist NATURE MOBILE sehr dankbar.
