Das Problem mit dem nicht bereitgestellten IAP wurde gelöst
Als alter Pinball-Fan habe ich einen größeren Betrag für die In-Game-Währung hingelegt - nur gutgeschrieben wurde mir zunächst nichts. Ich hatte dann Kontakt mit Apple und dem Entwickler. Nach 4 oder 5 Tagen wurde das Problem gelöst. Vom technischen Standpunkt gesehen ist die App brilliant programmiert. Die vollständig freigeschalteten Tische stellen m. E. die beste Simulation mechanischer Flipper für iOS dar. Über den App-Aufbau und das Monetarisierungskonzept kann man allerdings trefflich streiten. Man kann die Tische einzeln über eine In-Game-Währung kaufen. Man muss allerdings sehr aufpassen, da man - hat man genügend Zen Coins zur Verfügung - durch bloßes Antippen von Buttons direkt das zugehörige Produkt erwirbt. Eine Sicherheitsabfrage gibt es nicht. Zusammen mit den nicht ganz günstigen Preisen bleibt daher ein fader Beigeschmack. Wer die In-Game-Währung in der kleinstmöglichen Stückelung erwirbt, zahlt pro Tisch das Doppelte (etwa 11,- €) wie beim Erwerb der größtmöglichen Stückelung (pro Tisch ca. 5,50 €). Bei der größtmöglichen Stückelung muss man allerdings in einem Rutsch 5.000 Zen Coins für 110,- Euro erwerben ...

Abstürze nach tgl. Herausforderung
Sehr gutes Spiel, macht sehr viel Spaß, liebevolle Umsetzung der historischen Tische. Vielleicht kommen noch die Modelle 8-Balls und Flash Gordon, die ich als Kind sehr gerne gespielt habe. Damals waren in Gaststätten und Imbissbuden noch Geräte, die man als Kind problemlos spielen durfte. Man bekommt Lust, mal wieder einen richtigen Flipper zu spielen, doch wo findet man solche Geräte noch …
Ich würde 5 Sterne geben, allerdings ist es frustrierend, dass die App nach der täglichen Herausforderung sehr häufig abstürzt. Und natürlich ist es nicht so einfach, neue Tische frei zu spielen, aber verständlich, dass man eher welche kaufen soll. Die Firma möchte für die Arbeit ja auch Geld verdienen. Die Preise für einzelne Tisch sind für mich als Gelegenheitsspieler etwas hoch. Für den Hardcore-Fan mag das aber in Ordnung sein.

Ich bin froh, das Zen die Tische von Wiilams und Bally übernommen haben! Aktuell eine der besten VinPin-Erfahrungen, die man machen kann.
Leider sind die „Server“ unfassbar laggy! Von es geht gar nichts bis: man muss unendlich Geduld haben...
Das trübt die Experience, besonders, wenn man eine „schwierige“ Aufgabe geschafft hat und mit nicht, außer unnützer Wartezeit belohnt wird. Das ist aber auch irgendwie Pinball!
Frustration gehört dazu!
Trotz allem: wenn Du Pinball liebst: buy it no support them!
