Features Include
• Timed Intervals - displays a countdown timer while you do the interval
• Rep Intervals - mark the interval as complete when you are finished with the reps
• For Time Blocks - group your workout into different sections with their own round numbers
• AMRAP Blocks - do as many reps as possible within the block time limit
• Tags - give your workout tags so they are organized and you can find them again easier
• Text to Speech - toggle the settings to announce the current interval’s block number, round number, description, halfway time, or last three seconds
• Completed Workouts - view past workouts with data on each block, round, and interval
• Full-Screen Mode - view the current interval in full screen for maximum visibility
• Schedule Workouts - Set a day to do your workout and have it appear at the top of your created workouts

Finally

Finally an app that is easy to programm workouts with different excersise length. Also nice that you can Programm the workouts on you Laptop.
Only Bummer is that im not able to drag and drop the excersises around to change the order, or maybe i judt didnt found this option?

gut: Benennung der Übungen
verbesserungsfähig: bei Start des Trainings 5 Sekunden runterzählen.
am Ende jeder Übung 3 Sekunden runterzählen.
Das es eine Kauf App ist besser kennzeichnen.
