Description
Workout makes interval training a breeze.
Play your favorite music while running intervals. Music is muted during the breaks.
Ideal for:
* Interval training
* Circle Training
* Any kind of workout
Select the music you want to play from your music library. Select a workout with work and rest times. Tap the play button and your workout starts. Have fun!
You can create your own workouts with ease.
Settings that can be switch on or off:
* Play beep sound when the interval changes.
* Gradually increase and decrease the music volume.
* No silence between music tracks.
IMPORTANT
For the music to play, all songs must have been downloaded on the phone.

Bedienung ist umständlich
Ich habe mir mehr davon versprochen. Wenn ich ein eigenes Workout eingeben möchte, bekomme ich keine Musik dazu. Außerdem springt die App immer wieder zum voreingestellten Workout zurück. Man hat zu wenig Wahlmöglichkeiten. Kann ich nicht gebrauchen!
Tut was sie soll
Mit der App kann man individuelle Intervallpläne erstellen.
Jeder Plan bekommt einen eigenen Namen, innerhalb eines Planes kann jedes Intervall einzeln verändert werden.
Ausserdem kann man eine Playlist erstellen, die die App dann direkt abspielt.
Während der Erholungsphasen wird die Musik sehr leise gestellt. Sehr praktisch! Man ist also nicht auf die Signaltöne beim Übergang der Phasen angewiesen.
Noch besser wäre:
- Kopiermöglichkeit der Pläne
- Import/Export von Plänen
- "Abhaken" von Plänen, bzw. zählen, wie oft man sie gemacht hat.
Für den Preis aber super!
