Xero connects to TransferWise feeds in all regions where Transferwise offer their borderless account (TransferWise Business only) and similarly for Revolut, offered worldwide where they offer Revolut for Business. In relation to tax laws, Xero supports the Germany tax rate which is VAT (when setting up your account, you’d choose the region required and the tax rate would default to that region).
