Kann sogar die bestehende Suchmaschine überschreiben und die entsprechend ausgewählte nutzen. So sind auch MetaGer, SearX usw. ohne Umwege nutzbar.
Der einzige der funktioniert
Ich habe verschiedene Apps, welche diese Funktion zur Verfügung stellen getestet. Diese ist die einzige bei der es wirklich zuverlässig funktioniert. Positiv ist auch, dass es ohne teures Abo funktioniert.

Safaris Bordmittel sind arg begrenzt, was Suchmaschinen angeht. Endlich kann man über diese App Safari beliebige Suchmaschinen beibringen, indem man sich die Suchmaschinen mit dieser App mit einem einfachen Kürzel (kann man selbst vergeben) hinterlegt. Die interne Liste ist extrem lang, da ist wirklich alles drin.
So reicht bei mir nun ein simples „s“ vor dem Suchbegriff, um Startpage zu verwenden. Perfekt.
