Make and receive calls through corporate phone network to slash call costs and enhance efficiency with consistent in-office experience.

1. Added support for managing your agent status in call queues on Linkus Mobile Client, including logging in / out of call queues, and pause / unpause service in call queues.
2. Added support for call emergency via mobile number feature, which allows you to decide whether to call out from your mobile phone instead of PBX trunk when dialing the emergency number that is defined by the system administrator on PBX.
3. Optimized the Call Logs feature:
- Added support for synchronizing call log operations on Linkus Mobile Client with Linkus Web Client and Desktop Client, ensuring consistent record across Linkus UC clients.
- Added support for call queue agents to check call logs of the call queues that they service, as well as manage the processing status of missed queue calls on Linkus Mobile Client.
4. Optimized the callback experience for Voicemail and Recordings: When trying to call back, the call will be routed from PBX by default.
5. Fixed the Contacts issue: Failed to add phone contacts to PBX contacts.

Seit kurzen ordentlich

Funktioniert inzwischen sehr zuverlässig und stabil. Komisch: Klingeln Desktop und App gleichzeitig, kann ich ja nur an eins rangehen. Nehme ich mit dem Desktop an, wird der Call als VERPASST in der Historie angezeigt.

Die App bietet den kompletten Komfort den unsere Firma benötigt: Büro oder Homeoffice, Konferenzen, Anrufbeantworter, Rufweiterschaltung und vieles mehr. Und das bei konstanter hoher Sprachqualität. Dank an das Team von enerCall für den perfekten Support!!!

Läuft tadellos

Die Mängel die hier einige Nutzer haben, kann ich nicht bestätigen. Ok wir sind Netzwerk Administratoren.

Ansonsten kann man sagen: die App schafft das was bei anderen TKs versprochen wird. Wir sind zufrieden und unsere Kunden auch. Einfach sehr gute App.
