Very happy, that I found this App

I can highly recommend, training Yoga with this app. Not only is Hannah a very sympathetic person, who puts all her heart in the design of her Yoga flows, she is also very skilled and has a huge knowledge about the human body and about how to train every single part of it. But what I like most about this app is, that every workout can be customised according to your body’s needs And that Hannah also addresses the mental part of Yoga
