Hab mich aufgrund der, für mich nun unbegreiflich, guten Bewertungen leichtfertig zu einem Abo verleiten lassen, da ich ein Medikament für einen Hörsturz dringend brauchte und ich dachte, dass das der schnellste Weg ist. Ich habe mit einem Betrag von 20 Dollar gerechnet was für mich sehr fair klang. Ich habe keine Ahnung wo das gestanden haben soll aber auf einmal wurden mir über 200 kanadische Dollar für ein Jahresabo abgebucht, das ich überhaupt nicht wollte. Doch auch die Beratung war eine Katastrophe. Anstatt mir das Medikament zu verschreiben, wovon ich ausgegangen bin, weil sie damit geworben haben, hat der Arzt mir nur endlos Fragen gestellt und mich am Ende in eine Klinik verwiesen, zu der ich als Tourist überhaupt keinen Zutritt habe. Danach wurde der Chat einfach beendet. Ich fühl mich ziemlich betrogen und forderte mehrfach mein Geld zurück, was allerdings bis heute nicht geschehen ist und Ich nur blöde Antworten bekommen hab. Ich kann nur raten die Finger von dieser App zu lassen.
