Tolle Angebote , Versand opt könnte verbessert werden
Verbesserungsvorschlag bzgl. Des Versands :
Wenn man am selben Tag mehrere Bestellungen getätigt hat, aber zu unterschiedlichen Zeitpunkten, dann könnten die Bestellungen zusammengefasst werden zu einer mit einmal Versandgebühren Aufschlag. Manchmal bekommt man nicht mehrere Artikel zum selben Bestellzeitpunkt, da sie vorübergehend reserviert sind durch andere Kunden und zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt werden sie frei. Daher blockiert man selbst auch andere Artikel bis man alle gewünschten Artikel zusammen hat. Das ist oft anstrengend und manchmal enttäuschend da man sie dann doch nicht mehr geliefert bekommt trotz bestätigter Bestellung. Das ist mir bereits 2 mal passiert! Daher der Vorschlag die Option reinzunehmen “Bestellungen zu einer Bestellung zusammen fassen, wenn am selben Rag bestellt wurde” Ansonsten bin ich ein zufriedener Kunde :-)
Durchschnitt
Habe schon 2 mal etwas im Einkaufswagen gehabt, wollte bezahlen und während des Bezahlvorgangs war der Einkaufswagen leer, weil die Zeit abgelaufen ist. Man kann nämlich nur eine gewisse Zeit verlängern. Das ist aber nicht klar, weil 1-2 mal die Möglichkeit gegeben wird zu verlängern. Das kuriose war, dass danach sofort die Wäre ausverkauft war.
Ich vergleiche die Preise auch häufig mit den Online-Verkaufspreisen auf anderen Seiten. Hier fällt auf, dass die Ware den angegeben Herstellerreis nicht hat, sondern viel preiswerter ist, so dass man manchmal gar nichts spart. Das macht diesen Online Shop irgendwie unglaubwürdig. Aber manchmal passt es schon und ich habe Glück. Man sollte aber wirklich vergleichen. Ansonsten ärgert man sich nur!
Sehr übersichtlich
Hier findet man das ein oder andere Schnäppchen. Leichte Bedienung, übersichtlich gestaltet...ich bin begeistert.
