Erhalten eines Rücksendeschein optimieren !!!
Liebes Zara Management, ich habe eine große Bitte an Sie. Bitte ändern sie den Prozess bei dem Thema Rücksendeschein. Das funktioniert seit einem Jahr überhaupt nicht mehr. Früher ging die Rücksendung und das erhalten des Rücksendescheins ganz einfach. Nun muss man mehrere Male im Chat einen Rücksendeschein anfordern. Ich verstehe nicht, warum man hier keinen Automatismus hinterlegte kann. Andere online-Anbieter können dies doch auch - oder eben dann einen Rücksendeschein mit in der App hinterlegen und wenn ich etwas zurücksenden möchte, drucke ich ihn aus und lege ihn der Bestellung bei. Aber diese Variante - die angeblich Papierelos sein soll, hat den hohen Preis das man immer wieder einen Rücksendeschein bei ihren Kollegen beantragen muss. Ich bin genervt und verschwende dafür viel viel Zeit - ihre Mitarbeiter werden von anderen arbeiten abgehalten und so weiter. Ich würde mich sehr freuen wenn sie diesen Punkt optimieren würden. Alles andere funktioniert super perfekt. Wenn das mit der Rücksendung wieder besser läuft gibt es von mir 10 Sterne 😉 Herzlichen Dank und viele Grüße
