Tolle App!

Bis jetzt die beste Intervallfasten App die ich ausprobiert habe (und das waren schon einige!) Es gibt regelmäßig Updates die die App meiner Meinung nach immer besser gemacht haben. Was mir noch gefallen würde wäre eine Kalenderübersicht in der man sich zb nach Monaten auf einen Blick anschauen kann welche Tage gefastet wurde. Oder zb eine Planungsebene in der man pro Woche sein Fasten vorplanen kann und demnach and sein Fenster erinnert wird. Aber das sind nur Spielereien und nicht unbedingt nötig. Vielen Dank für die tolle App! Macht weiter so!

App für Apple Watch ausbaufähig

Die App selbst gefällt mir gut und bietet sinnvolle Funktionen an, auch wenn die Aufteilung optimiert werden könnte (warum gibt es z. B. als einen der vier Hauptreiter unten in der App die Möglichkeit, die Fasten-Methoden zu sehen? Diese wechsel ich ja nicht ständig).

Größter Kritikpunkt ist für mich allerdings die Apple Watch App. Beim Starten des Timers stürzt diese häufig ab bzw. startet den Timer einfach nicht, was sehr nervig ist.
Zudem ist die Anzeige nicht optimal. Der Ring zeigt auf der Watch den aktuellen Fortschritt, ich kann daran aber nicht erkennen, ob ich z. B. 30min vor oder nach meinem Fastenende bin, da die Anzeige in beiden Fällen identisch ist. Hier wäre es gut, den Fortschritt bei Erreichen des Endes ggf. mit andere Farbe zu markieren oder Ähnliches.

Geniale App & seit 3.0 ein echter Hingucker

Ich habe erst seit ein paar Wochen angefangen und schon ist ein komplett neues Update und Design da. Yippiee!! Ab jetzt kann man auch sein Gewicht tracken, seine Mood angeben und sich Notizen zu jedem einzelnen Tag machen. Genau das habe ich bisher manuell gemacht und jetzt habe ich alles in der App! Klasse! Weiter so. Thank you!
