Trustworthy. Browser autofill doesn't work well.

Good news: safe and secure

Bad news: autofill and general browser extension behavior is hit and miss to put it politely.

Often it won't fill out, probably about 50% of sites it won't work on. Certainly anything that resembles a popup login or anything like online banking and IDs.

This isn't a bug, it's just failure to do implement in a better and/or more universally useful way across the board.

Will not install the extension in Safari…😡

I should have never upgrade to v. 8. The extention won't simply install in Safari. I rely totally on 1password to managed customers account and now I'm stuck with this worthless piece of software.

Update: I contacted support via Twitter and the issue was resolved quickly by typing a command line in the terminal. Nevertheless, the extension failed several times after that to load and I have to type the command line each time in the terminal.

Thanks for leaving us a review. This seems like it would be best suited for our Support team. If you could send an email to support@1password.com, we'd be happy to work with you and get 1Password working the way it should.
