App virker kun fra tid til anden og fimaet tager ikke ansvar. App har nu tændt min varmepumpe af sig selv og nu er der “Temporary Error” .. så kan ikke komme igennem. Kundeservices reaktion: “ det er bare ærgerligt” - det koster mig så 1000 kr om ugen… føj for en dårlig kundeoplevelse
Not working
After the recent app update the fridge is gone and cannot be found and says it is suddenly unsupported. Poor work
Unable to login
Please fix the app. All of a sudden I’m not being able to login to the app. Tried with two different phones and nothing works. Keep on getting the same message: Warning wrong username or password.
Tried to reset the password and still get the same message!
