What’s New
Version 2.3.1
- New plane. Pretty ahistorical. Requires ALL medals, so chances are you won't be flying it anyway.
- New optional control scheme. Default for new players. Basically it does away with switching weapons and instead you have separate triggers for every weapon.
- Misc stuff like some extra flavor, new explosion effects, bullet time when you're about to ram an enemy fighter, nicer main menu.
Ratings and Reviews
A bit too difficult.
As much as I love these types of games, this one is a bit too difficult.
I’m aware it’s not supposed to be easy, but even after 5 attempts I have yet to actually win the war. And it’s not like I’m bad at the game, I kill an average of 20-30 AA per run, yet still, it’s not enough.
I propose making different difficulties, such as:
Easy - You get a minor aiming line for missiles and bombs.
Medium: Like the game is now but with slightly less AA.
Hard: This one’s kind of obvious: Just a harder version of how the game is now.
I also suggest adding different modes, such as:
A Torpedo run mode where you have to drop torpedos and hit ships.
A High-Altitude Bombing mode where you have to bomb larger targets such as bunkers, factories and other military targets.
In this mode you also get a way to see where the bombs land, since at such high altitudes it’s gonna be difficult to aim.
