Amber Light is a habit tracking app designed to bring users together to combat bad habits and addictions.

The app allows users to track daily progress and access support groups (teams).
Users will monitor their own progress as well as taking responsibility for the progress of their teams and wider community.

The daily check-in system works using red/green/amber status indicators:
GREEN = I stayed sober
RED = I relapsed
AMBER - The third status lets users notify their teams that they are (or will be) in a situation that poses a significant risk to their sobriety. An Amber status Light lets the support group know that the user has identified a tempting or risky situation.

Our app helps users to reduce risk and eliminate temptation making the odds of success far more likely. We use statistics and e-learning modules to teach users the value of accountability and healthy boundaries.
