Unlike traditional homeownership, you buy a share (andel) in a housing cooperative rather than the property itself. 1. Umuligt at opsætte egne søgekriterier.
2. Man får tilsendt uinteressante match, der ikke matcher ønsker.
3. Nærmest umuligt at afmelde abonnementet.
4. De boliger, der gjorde jeg meldte mig til dette abonnement, eksisterer slet ikke.

For afmelding af abonnement fungerer det som andre Apple-abonnementer, hvilket kan gøres via App Store under dine abonnementer. Det er også muligt at afmelde direkte i appen under fanen “Profil” -> “Abonnement”.
Angående boliger, der ikke længere er tilgængelige, forstår jeg godt, at det er frustrerende. På andelsboligmarkedet går det hurtigt, og mange boliger forsvinder efter kort tid.
Vi sætter pris på al feedback, selvom vi naturligvis havde håbet, du ville kontakte vores support, så vi kunne hjælpe dig med disse udfordringer. Vi vil kigge nærmere på, hvordan vi kan gøre appen mere brugervenlig, så det bliver tydeligere, hvordan man opsætter søgekriterier og afmelder abonnement.
