Version 2.10.1

In this update we have improved Bluetooth performance. This means that for Bluetooth products you will experience better and faster connection. It also includes the opportunity of having two Bluetooth products connected to the app at the same time.
As always, the fastest way to improvements is to send us feedback via the app. Go to the Support page in Settings (the small gears) and tell us what you have in mind.

Hi, we are sincerely sorry to hear that you encountered this issue.


In most cases, our products can connect to computers with Bluetooth 4.0 and a A2DP Bluetooth profile, if the hardware and drivers of the computer are also compatible. However, the computer protocols in the market are inconsistent due to variations in the hardware used. We cannot guarantee that - can connect using Bluetooth to all computers because of this inconsistency.

Bluetooth drivers and antennas in laptops can cause issues for the same reason. In case you experience connection issues or Bluetooth signal dropouts, an alternative Bluetooth transmitter can be recommended. One such recommendation is the BT-W2 from Creative. Our development team has tested this transmitter with good results.

App lukker bare ned :(

Har lige installeret den fordi Beoplay lukker ned. Har 2 S3 højttalere som jeg forsøger at forbinde til hinanden men hver gang jeg trykker på dem i appen går den i sort skærm og lukker ned 🤬😡

We're sorry to hear that you've had issues using your S3. You can delete your S3 from the app and restart your phone then add it back in to see if it will work after.
