Manage your BDO accounts with the new BDO Online app and enjoy features like:
· Free BDO to BDO transfers, low fees to other banks and wallets
· Confirm transactions using biometrics or 6-digit PIN
· Send, request, or withdraw money via QR
and more!
If you already have a BDO Online Banking account, just log in with your Online Banking username and password.
If you're having trouble logging in, just follow these steps and create a new password for the BDO Online app.

On the log in screen, tap Need help logging in? > I'd like to reset my password.

Set up your new password
Step 3
Log in with your Online Banking username and new password.
The password for the old Online Banking website and the BDO Digital Banking app is unchanged and maintained separately.

Underdeveloped
Don’t understand why the new app is launched when it has a fraction of the services the old app had.
There is no access within the app to contact customer service so they’d know its the owner of the account.
There is no option to send money internationally.
I cant block the card from within the app, so if lost or stolen, I’d have to go through the inconvenience of logging on to the websites online banking to do so.
- cant even order a new card as mine is worn out, just because I’m not in the country being able to go to a branch and order one.
