Control your hearing aids discreetly with the touch of a finger
Bernafon App provides you with discreet, improved control over your hearing aids – so you can personalize your listening experience for any environment, the ability to find your hearing aids if they become lost, remote support from your hearing care professional when you need it, and much more.
The Bernafon App is compatible with all Bernafon Bluetooth® hearing aids. However, some app features may require a specific hearing aid model or a firmware update. Please consult your hearing care professional for assistance with firmware updates.
With Bernafon App, you can:
• Adjust the volume of your hearing aids and various settings (e.g. remote microphone, noise reduction, and sound and streaming equalizer)
• Switch between predefined programs according to the different listening situation you are in
• Monitor your battery levels
• Help you find your hearing aids if you lose them
• Use your device as a remote microphone and get better access to the voice of another speaker in noisy environments
• Customize your surrounding sounds with the sound equalizer
• Set and track hearing aid wear-time goals with the HearingCoach feature• Use the streaming equalizer for a personalized listening experience.
• Have your hearing aids adjusted and receive counseling from the comfort of your own home – via a live video call with your hearing care professional
• Handle wireless accessories paired with your hearing aids; control multiple TV-A or devices, such as SoundClip-A, which can be used both for streaming and as a remote microphone

We've added the option of monitoring the charging status of your hearing aids in the app. You can check if your hearing aids are charging or fully charged while in charger.* In addition, you can now turn on or off notifications for the HearingCoach feature according to your preference. *Only available with Bernafon Encanta

Forbindelse svigter
Jeg har i to år brugt Bernafon Easycontro-Al på min fuldt opdaterede iPhone7 uden problemer. På et tidspunkt tabt et høreapparat i Thailand og vha. app’en fandt jeg det igen.
Jeg ser at en anden bruger synes den nye App. er langsom. Ja nogle skift er faktisk en anelse langsommere, dog ikke så det gør noget, men påfaldende at en ny-udviklet app. er langsommere.
Efter jeres anbefaling skiftede jeg til den ny Bernafon App.
Bortset fra udseendet ikke umiddelbar nogen forskel.
Men så bemærkede jeg forbindelsesproblemer. Idag kunne den f.eks. ikke finde det ene høreapparat da jeg tændte app’en. Genstart af både app. og høreapparat uden effekt.
Så nu bruger jeg igen Easycontrol-A udgaven da den virker !
Laaaagsom
Er blevet utrolig langsom i den seneste version. Bruger igen den gl. app selvom den ikke husker opsætningerne i euqualzeren
Udfordringer med app
App trænger til en opgradering.
Udfordringer med app. Der tabes jævnligt forbindelse vil høreapparater. Lyd slukker skiftevis på høreapparater. Batteri indikator står konsekvent så 100% ?
