App’en er i dårlig kvalitet og ofte florerer der en skærm-i-skærm rundt midt i app’en.
Udbetalingerne er meget langsomme og deres bonusser registreres forkert således din konto er låst ift udbetalinger indtil du har fået hjælp af kundeservice. Og kundeservice-delen kan godt tage flere uger før de har set din sag igennem.

Vi har licens til at udbyde spil i Danmark udstedt af Spillemyndigheden på baggrund af en grundig proces.
Vi beklager, hvis du har haft svært ved at komme igennem til vores kundeservice. Vi har tidligere haft en ""pukkel"" af henvendelser, som desværre har betydet længere svartider, end vi ønskede.
Heldigvis er dette klaret og vores svartider er væsentligt kortere nu end da du skrev anmeldelsen.
