Better Meetings is an app which will help you prepare, conduct and follow up on your meetings. It will increase your productivity and those of your co-workers. This meetings best practices walk through will give you the correct reflexes to create, invite, conduct, animate productive meetings where everyone feels his time is valuable and best use. The application utilizes artificial intelligence to help you sense the constructiveness of your meetings.

In the current version you will be able to:
- Time your meeting
- Facilitate a timekeeper role by offering multiple timers to track each speaker.
- Calculate the cost of your meeting.
- Play sounds to help bring the meeting on track or release tensions in the atmosphere
- Copy a meeting invite template to your favorite Calendar invite application.
- Open the mic to give you a hint on the positiveness or negativeness of the meeting using Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing (NLP). Not all hardware will support on device transcript, in that case the application will propose you to use the Siri cloud services.
- Export the transcript of the meeting via In App Purchase. (Using online service will increase the accuracy)
- Prepare your meeting with Best Practices (and its 25 recommendations )
- Follow up on your meetings best practices
