Dear Substitute Soul Reaper, the Kenpachi Event rewards the players that reach certain power level in a arrival order. Check the rankings to the right of the rewards and if you are between the first ones (for example, the first 200 in the server for the 180k Power, the first 500 for the 140k Power and so) contact [Support] in the Settings.
Unfortunately if it says that you didn't qualified it means that other players claimed the rewards available before you reached such Power Level.
