BlueWatch is a 12 week program designed to treat depression and promote wellbeing. It comprises short audio activities, journaling and self-check exercises. Undertake the activities at your own pace, wherever and whenever you like. Track your progress using the self monitoring functionality.
This app is created by Deakin University and funded by Rotary Health.
