I bought the app after hearing really good sound in the demo.

The sound is terrible when Playing anything but that demo Sound!

I am sorry to hear that. I wonder if you tried increasing the audio frequency / quality from the app settings. In some devices the frequency can be changed and the quality improves. Said this, we offer the test demo to check if you like it before purchasing and avoid any missunderstanding.
Regarding the stopping, you just need to enable the background mode of the app. Once you do it the app won't stop and you will be able to listen ANY content in from your phone.
