It is really fun to do the workouts. However some of the moves - hand feet coordination - are hard to do. But as long as you can laugh about it, it’s so much fun and the moves get easier with practice.
Great work out opportunities
Body Fx is a great companion to have. There are tons of workouts to choose from depending on your mood. A very supportive daily email and Facebook group.
