I love the easy and short videos and the happy music 😀.

Inspiring!

I’ve only just started with this program/app, but I’m already loving it! I’ve lost my desire to exercise, even yoga which I love, because of how uninspiring it feels to me. But these workouts are really sparking a new life in me and the desire to exercise.

LOVE IT !!!

I find my self thinking, just before I fall to sleep, “ I wonder what we are going to dance tomorrow “ And I willingly set the alarm, a little earlier, just to be sure, I have time enough to do Misty’s Dance workout ❤️❤️.
I AM A FAN, and I’ll keep doing this until..... the rest of my life 🤩🤩
