Extremely effective
I have never experienced a taxi serve as Bolt. Taxi in minutes, fixed and very cheap prices. Follow your request and pay online via App.
Great app - very poor support
The app works fine. I can register my credit card and summon taxis easily. It’s ideal in places where you can’t use Uber, such as Hungary.
The problem is with support within the app. I shared the referral code provided with around 50 colleagues to use at a conference, and the many reported that the code was invalid meaning the promised discounts were not available. When I raised the issue through the support chat in the app, it said “typically answers in 4 hours”. It has been over three weeks with no response, even after several follow-ups!
