For proper functionality you have to enable conference call service of you carrier.

How it works:
Call Recorder HD creates a conference call between you, your contact and our recording service. When the conversation is over, the record is saved on your iPhone.
IMPORTANT: make sure the conference call service is enabled, otherwise the app won’t work! Contact your carrier support if in doubt.

Warning!! Fraud
So I bought this app last week, full year payed... fool me... nothing is working! I can’t record incoming calls at all! The option isn’t even given! Contacted support around 5 times since I got the app!! Not a single response!! Outgoing calls get recordet but since the app has no access to the mic, they are without sound!!! The app does not even see any errors, but just continues doing nothing! To top it all of, I can’t find anywhere at all the possibility to make use of my 14 days exchange right! 28 euros for something that doesn’t do anything.... fraud is the word for that!!! Do not buy this app!!! And before I hear that I had to activate Konferenz calls... it is activated and that is not the issue! 0 stars unfortunately apple seems to expect at least one......
