Worst experience ever
About half a year ago I recommended everyone I know to use Careem, and now I’m thinking about just taking a rickshaw where ever I need to go and the reason why are the following
1. None of their drivers know what a smartphone is, if they knew then they would also know what a navigation is and how to use it to get around the city, i am sick of holding my own phone and using google maps to guide the driver around and this is the case with 98% of the drivers
2. I’m sick of the drivers constantly asking for not to use credit card and pay them cash instead, so far two of them had me cancel my booking to reschedule using cash payment during my two week of app use.
3. No manner or service of any kind, can’t even properly greet.
4. The app says there is a ride 2 min away but so far I have not managed to catch any ride within 10 to 15 min.
5. Even if you book business you still end up in a dirty car I’m sure people will love that on their way to a wedding or some other event.
And I could continue writing but I’ll stop here.
Trick app
This app will trick. Just a few days ago it gave me the option to delete my ride history and I used. Now it shows everything again. Don’t trust this app or it’s developers.
