I have to admit that I cannot remember the last tile I experienced customer service like Grimoldi
All questions were answered in a timely manner with all details included.
I asked to have the watch adjusted for size, which was don. Finally the shipping worked perfectly. I ordered on a Friday and on Monday I had my package.
I can only give Grimoldi my warmest recommendation. In the future Grimoldi will be my preferred option for the brands they resell.
