3. Report the issue.
4. Stay informed.
Once you submit an issue, the app sends your report to the appropriate local administration for resolution. You can track progress and receive updates directly in the app. Citizens ensures your voice will be heard by sending reminders and escalating issues when needed.
You can also engage with others and build a community of thoughtful and committed citizens who support each other. Use the app to gain insights and make informed decisions.
